Creating Healthy Boundaries

Posted on Updated on

If we want children to be internally motivated to behave well, we have to be firm and kind, stay connected to them, and listen to their feelings. A parent still needs to be in charge, though, to create a secure and stable environment for their kids. In particular, parents are responsible for setting boundaries in the household, in order to foster an environment where their children can be heard, but also encouraged to develop patience, self-awareness, adaptability and resilience. Our “Creating Healthy Boundaries” workshop will help parents to understand the ‘Why’ and ‘How’ of setting Healthy Boundaries. Come and find out more so that you can help your child be the best he or she can be.
